2. Scope of Services

Appyminds offers a range of professional technology solutions, including:

• Custom web application development
• AI and machine learning solution development
• Cross-platform mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter)
• CRM system architecture, customization, and deployment
• Cloud-based software solutions
• Ongoing maintenance and technical support (as per contract)

All services are subject to individual project agreements, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property including, but not limited to, source code, UI/UX designs, documentation, graphics, content, and algorithms developed by Appyminds during the course of a project remains the property of Appyminds until full and final payment is received.

Upon successful completion and payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use the deliverables as outlined in the specific project agreement. Any reuse, redistribution, or modification of our proprietary solutions without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide all necessary project information, materials, and access in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review and approve deliverables promptly during each milestone.
• Make payments as per the terms specified in the project contract.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or resell our proprietary tools or solutions.
• Ensure that any third-party materials provided (e.g., logos, content) do not infringe on any copyright or legal rights.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

• A project may begin upon receipt of an initial deposit, as specified in the proposal or contract.
• Payment schedules will be clearly defined in the project agreement.
• Delays in payment may affect project timelines and delivery.
• Once development work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only on a case-by-case basis.
• No rights or ownership to the deliverables are transferred until full payment is received.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client-provided information, business data, and project details. All data shared with Appyminds will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without prior consent.

Clients also agree to keep confidential all proprietary information and methodologies used by Appyminds in the development of solutions or delivery of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Appyminds' total liability for any claim arising out of the use of our services will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific service. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, business, or profits
• Third-party system failures or issues beyond our control

8. Use of Third-Party Services

Certain solutions may rely on or integrate with third-party tools, platforms, APIs, or services. While we strive to use trusted third-party solutions, Appyminds is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, performance, or terms of such third-party services.

Clients are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services used in conjunction with their project.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Appyminds is registered and operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
